Do I have to have a laundry bag to get a pick-up?
No. It’s not necessary to have an actual laundry bag, though it is encouraged, if you have one. A garbage bag is fine. We do however, require the bag to have a string so that the bag can be securely closed and tied down, with no clothes exposed or falling out, and that you have laundry and dry-cleaning in separate bags.
Laundry left in open bags, and/or without a string will not be picked up!
